Delivery Information - FAQ
We understand that you want your purchase from Macs Golf to arrive in perfect condition. So, all of our products are packaged to ensure they are protected in transit.

How are Macs Golf items delivered?
All items are delivered by Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, where items can be tracked can be added for an additional charge - please contact Macs Golf regarding this.

How much does delivery cost?
We offer Free UK Delivery unless its recorded or tracked

How long does delivery take?
Items sent by Royal Mail First Class post take 1-2 working days for delivery. The maximum delivery time is 3 days.

Where do you deliver to?
We can deliver items to any postal address in the UK We deliver purchases Worldwide but please check for postal charges before purchasing.

What days can you deliver on?
We can deliver on any day except Sunday. We are unable to deliver on bank holidays or the day immediately after a bank holiday.

What time does delivery take place?
Items sent by Royal Mail First Class post can be delivered any time between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday and up to 1pm Saturday.

Can delivery be tracked?
Items sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded can be tracked and we will send the tracking details by email at your request when the purchase has been dispatched. Items sent by Royal Mail 1st class standard post cannot currently be tracked.

Can I order for delivery in advance?
Yes, you can order for any available date in the future. Advance orders will be stored in our system until the required date.

Can you deliver purchases to business addresses?
Yes, but delivery will be made to the main reception or mailing room for internal distribution.

Can I include delivery instructions?
Yes, during the checkout process you can enter delivery instructions. We will do everything possible to ensure these are adhered to but we are unable to offer a guarantee.

What if the recipient is away at the time of delivery?
Some products do fit through the majority of UK letterboxes. For our larger products or in cases where the item and the item has to be signed for or the recipient is not at home, then a card will be left with details of how the item can be collected or redelivered.

Returns Policy
We hope the goods you order from us will arrive in good condition and be exactly what you expected and ordered. However on some occasions mishaps do happen, please contact us immediately should you find a fault or incorrect item sent and we will endeavour to rectify this for you, return policy is 7 days so please act straight away.

My product/s arrives faulty, what should I do?
Simply return the items to us and once we have verified the fault, we will refund or replace the product by return, please quote your full item details and customer details. When sending returns we recommend you obtain a proof of posting receipt, if you do not and we fail to receive the item back we will not be in a position to replace or refund.

You have sent me the wrong Item, What should I do?
On the very rare occasion this should happen firstly contact us and explain what items have been sent out incorrectly. We will then identify what should have been sent and confirm this with you, we may ask for a picture of the item and arrange a replacement on receiving it, we may in some cases ask you to return the item, if we do please obtain a proof of posting receipt.
